Super friendly and helpful staff. Bridget did a wonderful job explaining things and was able to save me quite a bit of money than I would normally have to pay in federal taxes. She was even able to explain how I could improve my situation for next tax season.
The people of Lenexa Kansas promised to review my taxes declaration of 2023 since I hired an old lady of HR-Block and she finished in November 2024 and I have to pay more than $6,600 plus interest for late payments. I’m still waiting for a second opinion of Jackson Hewitt in Lenexa and it passed more than 4 weeks. Hope they can call me in 2025. 🤔😏😒
