The people of Lenexa Kansas promised to review my taxes declaration of 2023 since I hired an old lady of HR-Block and she finished in November 2024 and I have to pay more than $6,600 plus interest for late payments. I’m still waiting for a second opinion of Jackson Hewitt in Lenexa and it passed more than 4 weeks. Hope they can call me in 2025. 🤔😏😒
This was my second time using Jackson Hewitt, my agent was very helpful and thorough. Reviewing all numbers twice. He was also friendly and made the whole process of filling easy. I will come back to Jackson Hewitt next year.

Person doing my taxes answered his cell phone while he was working on my return. After he finished the return he sent it to someone to check it which was good. But then you get the bill. Advertise 40 to 140 but bill was 354 with140 off. Was not happy and will not use them again
