I have had the same lady helping me for a number of years, and this year I had the opportunity to have another one of the staff members work on my return. They are always very pleasant, and they are extremely professional and do not waste any time when they're working with me, which is very much appreciated on my part. I would certainly recommend them to anybody who was in need of that type of service.
This was first time having my taxes done in person with someone and Paula made me feel very comfortable and the experience felt very personable and not rushed. She took her time explaining everything to me and gave me some good advice. It made the experience overall more enjoyable and not stressful or scary. Her sense of humor and conversation also made the experience less daunting to me as well! I plan on coming back next year.
She really was a sweet person loved her personality
