We appreciated how they make sure you don't miss any possible deductions that may benefit you, the experience was flawless and we felt very comfortable unlike some other tax preparing businesses which feel like they're there just to get you through the process!
Paying more than I have ever paid. Plus asking guy at least 3 times if he completed the Metro taxes and him saying yes. He did not!!!!!

Very disappointed with the service and I do not trust the results. I would like a representative to contact me about my experience. EDIT: I contacted JH main 1-800 customer service as the reply in the post indicated and was referred to the local office. Asked to speak to the person who the main office identified and was told they could not give me her number or voice mail but would take a message for me, which they did. No call back yet.
