My brother & I made an appointment at this location for his his taxes this year. Last year a different location & preparers did not include a copy of the actual filing form in the package they gave my brother. He also ran into many delays from the people/location where he dropped it off. When making this year's appointment he was told they could pull up & print the previous year's packet. His preparer this year was Virginia Walker. She did print out last year's filing & processed his tax filing for this year with no issues w... read more
Getting the appointment easy! Taxes filed super efficient! Tax pro was PROFESSIONAL!
Terrible. They rescheduled my appointment 2 times. I took off work to do my taxes and they rescheduled my appoint for the next day but I had to work. I didn’t go because I was at work. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said only if you are going to be there. She said she would. It is now 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and no one is here. Do not waste your time with these clowns. They are so unprofessional.
