Went into the tax office with a complicated situation. Spent almost 4 hours figuring out how to file by calling supervisors and the IRS. Ultimately filed and filled out an identity theft affidavit. 2 weeks later I’m calling Jackson Hewitt back due to my 1040 not being scanned in and needing it for my financial aid. I get bounced around from office to office for hours. Called 7 different numbers talked to 3 different people. Had an appointment and the preparer was a no show. Waited 15 minutes. No call no show. Sign on door says 'open early, all day, late and weekends' LIES. Sketchy sketchy sketchy. Do better jackson hewitt.
