The only issue I have is with the pricing. I was told it would be half-price until the end of March, but it seems like the rate actually doubled afterward. The problem is, I was never notified of this change, all the information I had indicated it was $50 per hour. I ended up being charged over $500 for submitting fewer than 10 pages. The whole process should have taken no more than 90 minutes. I won’t be using their services again!!!
Absolutely ridiculous service my appointment was at 6pm and wasn’t greeted till 7:30pm and then didn’t even start working on my taxes till 8pm. Then didn’t finish till 9 pm then add on top the $650 charge for filing with them.
