Would not recommend.
The tax professional was prompt and courteous. She completed my tax filings in a very efficient manner and seem to be very knowledgeable in the process. Even with the 25% Senior Citizen Discount I thought $405.oo for State and Federal was a little pricey But I like the convenience of having my taxes eFiled because they usually process faster that way, and I don't have a scanner or fax machine at home.
Susan,and bill, and money man were the best In customer service that I've had in years everything was amazing.
Absolutely ridiculous!! 2 ladies knew absolutely nothing!! We went in at 10am and WALKED OUT at 3PM and neither taxes were even finished!! Do not recommend! Please go elsewhere!
