The tax preparer is very friendly, very polite and knowledgeable. She prepared my taxes quicker than I thought would be done. She was wonderful.

Great staff I'm glad I went to Jackson Hewitt Tax Service
Had an appointment scheduled for 11am. Sat there for 30 min and nobody showed up. No notice of a cancelled appointment or any other notification. Tried to call to see if the rep was running late but was just transferred to different offices. I was a returning customer but will not be using them in the future.
It was great we've been going 2 yrs and intend on going again
