Went here to file taxes for 2024. Representative neglected to enter all our W2 info, so we ended up getting a penalty and a bill for interest. Even though we handed her all the info and even though they have a " Lifetime Accuracy Guarantee", all they would refund is the interest. Basically was told it was our word against the rep. Dont use these people unless you want to have to check and make sure they entered everything yourself!! Had to file an amended return and pay a huge penalty thanks to them.
