EDIT: 10 out of 10 customer service! I've been a customer for 14 straight years. Never a bad experience at this location. Jack and Lorraine have helped me in the past, the last two years Porsha has done my taxes. I really like Porsha. Great individual. She went out of her way today for me. Thank you!
