Very poorly ran. I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for years. This will be the last time we will go. Took 2 weeks for our taxes to be done due to lack of staff. Not professional at all. I am unfortunately disappointed. Do better Jackson Hewitt!
She took the extra time to check out my past refunds and make sure something wasnt missed,and also took her own time to call the irs for me over a mistake that H&R block made with my past refund.
Jessica was AWESOME! I’d recommend her at the 28th street location to everyone!
