Kind, skilled and thorough
Marlene as always goes above and beyond explaining everything as we go through and answers any questions I may have in order for me to understand everything. She stays open late for me when I get off from work in Cisco so I can get my taxes done. I really appreciate her for doing that with my busy schedule.👏👍🤝
Do not use this Marlene lady! she lies sets up a appointments, makes you wait 2 hrs when you already drove a hour for the appointment she made, and instead of telling us makes us set there and wonder.then she goes on to tell us if we use their card we'd get 2500 within 24hrs and rest later they sent 750 and not one person knows where the rest of our money is she not worth your time or breath
