I been with this company for years filling my returns everyear and to get told I owe them for last year services is out this world. Not a letter or a email telling me that this happen so I could have taken care of it instead of my refund being taken for fees really upset me in the time we live in and with everything being so expensive this really but me behind it would have been nice to know ahead of time even the lady helping me with my paperwork agreed it's not right but what can u do right ... not go back there for sure a... read more
