Booked my appointment online; Amber Fiolich was my agent. The whole session was wonderful. She actually took time to explain tax breaks & helped me find an additional $1200 that I had no idea I qualified for. Hands down the best tax rep I’ve worked with and I’ve been filing for 23 years! Amber has a wonderful attitude & I am honestly so impressed that real customer service still exists!
Stopped in at jackson Hewitt in the malvern walmart and seen amber fiolich which she was able to get me the most bang for my bucks and even got me a discount she was great help definitely recommend her for all your tax needs

The lady working at the Walmart location I think her name was Amber. She is absolutely amazing. This was my first year filing with Jackson Hewitt myself and my husband. We had been going through another tax service but the prices just keep going up. She went above and beyond for my family she printed off some coloring pages for my daughter who is Autistic and realized she had no colors she then excused herself and out of her own pocket went and purchased colors and markers for my daughter.
