My experience at Jackson Hewitt was terrible for one my tax preparer Michelle Smith was nasty toward another person's child also I asked for the simplest refund possible and was charged nearly $800 finally my refund was delayed because she mixed up socials and when I went back for help several times all she did was bury me in paperwork absolutely the worst experience "thanks" Michelle Smith
