The service is fine as far as the taxes and such goes but good luck on getting any help out side of tax season. Need my returns via email to get a loan in a time sensitive manor phone just goes to voice mail and two business days for a return call. Shocker no call back and no returns in the email. Pretty disappointed about that called each day, even different offices and nothing but automated BS. Will be going somewhere else next tax season.
It was great service. But expensive.
