First time filing with JH and still have not received my tax return was promised an immediate return and still nothing. Don't even bother trying to get a hold of these people, they don't even answer their phone.

Took to long, although friendly my wife felt it was to expensive for the return she got.
I don't feel like my questions were answered well, took longer than I thought it would. It cost me more than I hoped it would. I wasn't happy with return amount.
