I love this one..Brit is my tax preparer and last year she gave me Hope again...When everyone else had did me wrong by my taxes,not her she was Efficient and Professional,and for the first time in almost 7 years the IRS sent me a letter saying I owe them nothing ❤️When everyone had me believing i did....Thanks to her this will forever be my office long as she is there...
I just appreciate the fact that she was really considerate and she helped out in every means necessary to get the paperwork done.
Still haven't gotten my back. When I called irs, they told me that a form wasn't mailed in and its going to take another 60 days. Now I can't get in contact with anyone at the office to see if they still have my forms. Started off good, now I wish I never went there. Because no one there really actually helped me.
Tax preparer was cool. Too cool. Shantel always does a great job. The only downside is, they are expensive as ever.
