Lisa was very professional and was quick with my taxes . Will be a returning customer Edited won’t be a returning customers it’s end of July and still haven’t received my taxes . When they was open Lisa kept telling me the money just waiting to be released that it would be any day . Here it is July 28th and nothing . I’m not getting answers from the irs or Jackson Hewitt. Then when you call the dispatch person is very rude . Next year won’t be returning. Very disappointing
I called ahead and asked what to expect cost wise, and the person asked me some questions about what deductions I had and how I was filing. I was told they could prepare my taxes for $90, and after my taxes were completed I was charged $249! I can’t scream bait and switch loud enough. Lesson learned!!
Lisa in the Mulberry Walmart is awesome, professional and very easy to work with! Very knowledgeable and helpful in an area of confusion (taxes) couldn't have done it without her! Highly recommend her. Looking forward to next year
