I wish I could give zero stars. THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!! You go in there assuming since it's Walmart, you can get your taxes done at a reasonable rate, but by the time you leave, you're taxes are filed and you owe them $606.00 and all you have are 3 W2s, no real estate, no retirement, just a wife and a child. If you can't pay on the spot, they charge you another $49.00 to have their fee deducted from your taxes. JH charges by the form, regardless of income, regardless of refund.
