My family have been yearly customers of jackson hewitt , but this will be the last year. The reason i pay for their service is for the RAL loans. Theyve helped me out around Christmas so many times. With so many options on filing taxes for free paying $1,000 to be denied for the first time ever as being their customer when applying for the RAL.
