Booked an appt online. Received countless text messages and emails confirming the date and time for a week straight. Arrived only to find out they’re closed. What’s the point of all those texts and emails if the company itself hasn’t confirmed it with themselves? Planned for this all month just for it to fall through. Had to book an appt w a different company. Waste of a day off.
