Terrible service. Woman doing my taxes did not have a clue and had to repeatedly ask the other woman for help, who was not friendly. She did not show me the info she entered to verify accuracy. Asked me to sign on the pad then began adding my signature to multiple pages on the computer without even offering for me to review what she was applying my signature to! Then to top it all off, I had to go back the next day because they told me someone had already filed taxes under my information. They freaked me out without first do... read more
