Went the other day for my appt just to be told they needed my kids birth certificates. Yet if you look online right now under their check list, that's not anywhere on there. Nor on their site or Google. The lady was on the phone and said she had to go because she had a customer. Then instantly said I needed birth certificates which I've NEVER needed so im pretty sure the employee was just being lazy and wanted to get back to her call. I'll never go back.
Mikaya is good. Very professional
Made an appointment for the store front location in the building in front of Walmart and sat outside the door for 30 minutes and no one ever even showed up or called us. Very poor professionalism. Will not be going back to them to have our taxes done. And will not be telling our friends and family to spend their money on them either.
Nancy at jackson Hewitt was fun and awesome to deal with...smiles and laughter even during tax season...
