I could not be happier with the experiences I have had with Jackson-Hewitt over the past 3 years. I have used the same tax expert, Jackson, all 3 years and have found him to be very easy to work with. He is courteous and efficient and communicates with me throughout the process, from start to finish. I will absolutely continue to use Jackson-Hewitt for my tax work going forward!
The person who did our taxes did not introduce himself and there was no viable name plate. He did not ask questions about the documents we brought and barely spokes to us. He was the only person in the building and we were the only clients. He was efficient in entering our information and preparing our return.
