Definitely would not recommend. The guy who did my taxes was nice but really inexperienced at times 2 other people were over. Pretty sure my taxes weren't done the best they could have been but it took so long so I just didn't argue. It was expensive. Its been 2 months no state tax refund. I've called jackson hewitt probably 8 times. Nobody seems to know what's going on. It was sent march 20th. I called the state they never received it and now nobody answers. I have no faith it will get resolved. Save your money go somewhere... read more
