Very bad experience, She very slow I visited her at 12:30pm she finished with me at 2:30pm iam from 2014 with this company. She talked more than 35 minutes to find me paper and she call for help more than 5 times ask for help her how to arrange the file and I afraid because this is the first time she take pictures for me Social Security return money not like every year very bad.
Ms. Janie helped me this year after an employee messed up my 2023 tax return by not even sending in my file to the IRS. I want to thank Ms. Janie so much because she was attentive and she gave me all the information I need to get through this tough time. She completed my taxes for this year quickly and meticulously.
