Last night I met with Mrs.Aisha Booker and it was a very pleasant encounter! She was very KIND ✨! She was also very knowledgeable of her job! Mrs. Booker educated me so well that I am thinking about learning how to prepare taxes also 😀! She definitely deserves a RAISE!! This was my first time using Jackson Hewitt and I will return next year! I am well-pleased !!

Husband scheduled an appointment today for 5:00, we showed up at 4:55 and waited until 5:30 and no one showed up. Why approve appointments and schedule them when your tax pro can’t even show up the appointments? Ridiculous. Will not be getting our service.
