Last night I met with Mrs.Aisha Booker and it was a very pleasant encounter! She was very KIND ✨! She was also very knowledgeable of her job! Mrs. Booker educated me so well that I am thinking about learning how to prepare taxes also 😀! She definitely deserves a RAISE!! This was my first time using Jackson Hewitt and I will return next year! I am well-pleased !!

Husband scheduled an appointment today for 5:00, we showed up at 4:55 and waited until 5:30 and no one showed up. Why approve appointments and schedule them when your tax pro can’t even show up the appointments? Ridiculous. Will not be getting our service.
I came to Jackson 3 Times on Three different years. First time my taxes where messed up, they had to be adjusted by the IRS. Second time ((Year 2022 return)) I make an appointment and no one ever showed up I'm left waiting 2 hours. 3rd time before I opted to just stick with H&R block was I make an appointment for 5. 60 minutes. I come in and they have an appointment from 4 running over into our 5 o'clock until 530ish, with another appointment coming in at 6...... 3 years and the same location and no one can get it right?
