The worst place that you can ever go to get help with your taxes. Carol S. Kennedy at Jackson Hewitt in Marble Falls is the most incompetent tax professional that I have ever encountered. Jasmine Henry, The Office Manager, was really hard to understand. Her voice and communication skills were difficult to understand. Save your time and go to another tax professional.

Carol Kennedy did my taxes for the year 2024 at Jackson Hewitt in Marble Falls and there were issues with my taxes. Jasmine Henry who is the office manager tried to help out and she was very hard to understand and communicate with. I had to get my taxes redone by another tax professional. Save your time, I would not recommend Jackson Hewitt in Marble Falls.
