Very nice lady to care of our taxes, couldn't be happier with what she did.
Over charged. Didn’t tell what our options were for payment. Charges were done without telling us. Woman doing taxes didn’t know what she was doing constantly asking boss what to do.would not ever recommend to anyone.
Bait and switch tactics. Agents not knowledgeable enough. Agents have to send messages to remote employees to do most anything.
