Was very unhappy with the results. The lady her prepared my one w 2 basic return was nice although because I was under charged last year I was targeted this year by Mrs Linsey who was very rude and abrupt to me . She said I had gotten my taxes done the last three years for damn near free and tried to charge me $488.00 for a simple return that took yhree hours to do .I still paid over $250.00 for the services.
