Tracy was outstanding, very fast and knowledgeable. Really helped to make sure that we were taken care of and left worry free.

The lady who took care of me was excellent, professional, nice and friendly. I was suppose to get my money on a card, they charged me an extra $50.00 to get this quick refund then denied it being approved for the card now I'm out $50.00 and I won't get my refund for several days
