James was extremely nice. He is knowledgeable and fast! So, I went back this year(2022). James is no longer there, however, Telynca is just as awesome! Thank you! 2023 went back and dealt with Amber this year. Even better! It's now 2025 and I'm still using Jackson Hewitt! This year I had Tracy. Wonderful person,professional and efficient. Hope to see her again.
Tracy was outstanding, very fast and knowledgeable. Really helped to make sure that we were taken care of and left worry free.
The process was easy and the lady was super helpful and nice. I will use Jackson Hewitt in the future.
