Went to have taxes done Chris was very quick about getting them done. Friendly, but professional.
In order to save time, I went to a Jackson Hewitt kiosk in walmart. There was only one return, and no other issues. Two weeks later I received a text message indicating that my return was denied due to a duplicate tax return. I called and left messages with no response. A representative finally spoke to me, but had to look up my form and call me back. After that, I did not receive any callback, until today, after 8 months. Will never use again cost a lot to get done and then when you have questions that don't add up and they can't even be bothered to let me talk to a person to get it straightened out I will never use again
