Stephanie was very professional,knowledgeable, and super friendly! She answered all of our questions, and provided quality advice for us to hopefully get a better refund instead of paying in. Definitely recommend her for any tax services, she will treat you right!

I will never file with Jackson Hewitt again. They messed up my taxes then lied multiple times about fixing it! What a joke!
Not happy with them, took in my taxes on March 11th and haven’t heard anything back on how the process is going. I have been a loyal customer for years. Never in my life of filing did I have this much trouble through them.
