Excellent service, and very fast, thank you
I was pleased with the tax preparer, however no person in. Customer Service, the Preparer or local Regional office can explain why the fee to prepare went from $180 last year to $284 (using the 25% code) this year when there was no change in income, all was the same as last year. I talked to 5 different people at the 800 customer service #, asked the preparer and was transferred twice to regional office. Still waiting for call back!!!
