I had an appt @ 5pm on April 14, 2025 @ Walmart in Red Oak. I got there @ 4:55. Tiffany Shaw eventually came around 5:15. She was constantly on her cell phone as well as texting throughout my appt. She did my taxes and had me sign digitally. Every time I asked her what I was signing and she kept saying it was just authorizing them to do my taxes, but never went over the specific details.
