If I could give a 0 star I would. What's the point in making an appointment for 2 pm just to stand here in the oslakoosa walmart for over an hour as the tax prep talks to someone in getting taxes done that probably didn't have an appointment. As if they've known them forever. Sad part is this person is my own family and it too me over 2 hours just to do my own been trying for 2 weeks to get my bf in and either there's no one there or been their best friend.
