Had an easy time getting my taxes filed thanks to Chris at Jackson Hewitt! She clearly and thoroughly explained everything going on in terms I could understand and was cheery and friendly throughout the entire service. Good customer service does still exist and you can find it with Chris when you file your taxes at Jackson Hewitt!
