In early February I got my taxes done at this location. The woman who prepared my taxes for me charged me 800 dollars! I was also a first time customer. Later, I decided to call the office to complain and ask for an explanation. The woman who answered sad she agreed that it was an outrageous price and said the women who did my tax return was new, and she should have charged me less. She apologized and said she would talk to her supervisor about refunding some of the money back, and she made it sound like it wouldn't be a pro... read more
Penny is THE BEST!!! I won’t trust anyone else with our taxes now. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Wish fees weren’t quite so high for return customers, maybe offer a discount to reward loyalty 😊

They charged me 800 bucks to do my .taxes. And it took them maybe an hr and a half to prepare them. 800 dollars. For one hr of their time. Now they are advertising $49-$149 for first time customers. Which it was my first time but I guess I got screwed out of that deal.
