I took my Mother there today to have her taxes done. Phil Davis went line by line and showed us the reasons she did not need to file, but left the decision up to her. She is 90 and on a fixed income. He also discuss the reasons in detail, so that we could understand. He also reach out to other tax preparers within Jackson Hewitt. It is always a chore to go in and have your taxes done, but this was amazing. We highly recommend. I will be using them for my taxes in the future after today.
