This people mess up my tax and now they ignore my call and keep transferring me office to office and they drop my call when they don’t find anybody to pass the hot potato 😡

My experience with Janet was different than I expected..sh was a bit quirky but definitely thorough and timely. What shocks me the most is the price I was charged for this simple tax return. I was as charged Over $500 which included a 25% senior discount. It is unbelievable ! Way too over priced for 29 minutes of her time. I will not be using Jackson Hewitt Tax Service again.
