A great tax professional! This is the place you need to go for any tax services.
I do not recommend having anything to do with the local franchises here. They are not interested at all in providing good customer service. They refused to accept coupons that they had sent to me in multiples, I had to give them advice on how to do the taxes in the office, and they have absolutely no concern about how they are perceived by the public. He was great. – I uaually take my taxes to a CPA, but I figured I'd give Jackson Hewitt a try to save a little money in fees. The person that helped me was Russ. He was very knowledgable. I think he was the manager. He mentioned wsomething about a rapid refund, but I didn't want to pay the extra fees. I ended up getting my refund much faster than I did with my CPA and paying half of the price. I won't pay those CPA fees anymore. It's not worth it. Especially if you purchase the Gold Guarantee they have that covers any mistak... read more
