I give this place 5 Stars!!!!!!! I normally do not file my taxes so late ever! However this time I did no choice! I believe the lady that helped me sensed that I was nervous about this, she made me so comfortable with my situation. I am very grateful for her experience. I was done in 20 minutes or less! The tax representatives were nice and they greeted you when you came in, they were pleasant employees. My feedback is with Jackson Hewitt (the company). I felt I was ripped off for the price of preparing and filing my tax return. I did not have a complicated return to prepare it was basic and the price I was charge was extreme. I don't see myself letting Jackson Hewitt do my taxes again.
Nice group. I will not be back because I was charged $630.00 to do a simple tax return that took less than 20 minutes. How do you justify that price?
