Awesome experience my tax adviser was a true professional.
I was charged $60 optional charge for IF audited, JH would cover. OPTIONAL. I said no, and Jeff kept it in bill. My daughter was with me, reviewed intake reminded him I said no. Anyhow, he said he would review with superior. I called about it, and asked. Not handled. I called a second time to say I was charged $41 by Ohio tax, something they said JH should have caught. I called about that, and reminded about the $60. Now for the first time using JH, and it costing $350 bucks to do so - well that is somewhat irritating.now th... read more
