Olga is the best preparer that I have worked with.
This was the second time I worked with Karina and I wouldn’t choose anyone else. She was helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable. I felt totally at ease with her. She sent me in the right direction!
Had an appt for 11:30 am at the 168th and maple location. Waited with my wife as the lady had a client she was working with. At 11:45 I approached to inquire how much longer it would be. I said we have some shopping to do and will check back. 11:55 went through checkout and client still with tax accountant. Contacted home office and made appt at 120th and L got right in 12:30 and worked with Eric who was very personable and fantastic. He is my go to from now on. Thankyou Eric for making lemonade out of lemons.
Karina was wonderful, very knowledgeable and answered my questions. She made this process so easy and a joy to visit with. I recommend her to anyone for tax preparation.
