This is the worst place to get an appointment with them. They have no one at the place Walmart in Mukwonago. The person that I spoke to one the phone, was very short and rude. I think his name was Mike. I have been going there for 7 years, and never had a problem. I was told that no one wants to work, and that is why. The booth is up but they cannot find any one to staff it! I will probably never go to this company again!
Ben was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with! He got our taxes done very timely and answered any questions we had! I really enjoyed Ben's desk decor! Thank you Ben and Jackson Hewitt for another stress free tax preparation!
