Have been a happy JH client for 8 years. We have had exceptional service at another location for those 8 years. This year was a chaotic mess. We came in for our appointment, at this location, not knowing there were no actual tax professionals on site. We were not made aware of this in advance. We had a secretary scan our forms, then make phone calls to other branches to find anyone actually qualified to do basic tax prep. That took 50 minutes to get a return call. I made an appt for 5:30 to drop off tax documents. I showed up 15 mins early to see people outside by their car and when I tried to go up to the office they said they were closed and to come back tomorrow when they open at 10am. Closed almost an hour early? Ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I made this appt because this was the one day I could be there before they closed. Not bothering with this place ever again.

A’keirra and Dwayne are awesome! They were very helpful. I called got an appointment same day the process is moving very quickly and that's always a plus. It was very clean, A’keirra and Dwayne, we're both wearing masks that made me feel safe. I will be returning to this Jackson Hewitt next year Keep up the good work!!!
