Getting taxes done was quick and easy. Things were explained thoroughly and in a pleasant manner.
I had a complicated return and am new to the increased complexity. My tax preparer was patient and very helpful throughout the entire process, and saved me a lot of headache.
This peson had no idea what he was doing. First he put in the wrong info so he had to restart the process. Then he had trouble with feeding our docs into the scanner. I finally told him let me do it. Then he couldn't get the program to work for some reason and had to type everything in by hand, but he had issues with that too. After 1 1/2 hours of him on the phone asking his boss for help, We decided to leave out our taxes done by them.
