This peson had no idea what he was doing. First he put in the wrong info so he had to restart the process. Then he had trouble with feeding our docs into the scanner. I finally told him let me do it. Then he couldn't get the program to work for some reason and had to type everything in by hand, but he had issues with that too. After 1 1/2 hours of him on the phone asking his boss for help, We decided to leave out our taxes done by them.
Jane did an exceptional job with my taxes. She got me a larger amount than a different person was going to. I am very happy with her and will be going back next year.
Just got my taxes done and Jane was super helpful and friendly. This location is awesome and Jane made sure I fully understood my return.
