The charges me over 600 to do my taxes and that was with 100 off even though I was supposed to have a choice in taking off my taxes or in a gift card I only used them because I was guaranteed a tax refund loan which they didn't give me so not only did I pay 550 more than when I filed my own taxes I didn't get the loan I'm filing a complaint on them as I am writing this review
There guaranteed tax refund loan is a scam it shouldn't matter about my credit when it comes out of my taxes and it's their bank The only reason I went through them is to get the loan cuz I really needed it and I didn't even get the $100 they took it off my taxes they charge me $700 to do when I didn't last year for $40 myself I only came to you guys to get the loan and it costed me most of my income tax check It's ridiculous I want my money back cuz I could have did the same thing I needed the loan terribly you guys refused... read more
There guaranteed tax refund loan is a lie. I'll never use again I went and had them file they charged me over 500 dollars I went ahead because I needed that tax loan terribly bad. I could have done my own taxes for less than 100 so I will never use this trick ass place again not only did I not get the loan I'm out 500 and some dollars the most I've ever spent having taxes done. H and R would have kept there word and gave me the loan DO NOT USE THESE LIARS
Very wonderful and polite woman at your location at the Waverly, Ohio Walmart helped me. She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had, and made the process of filing my taxes fast, easy, and stress free, would recommend JH to everyone!
