The lady that did my taxes didn’t know what she was really doing didn’t give me ask the paperwork not happy with this tax service I will not be going through them next time to get my taxes done she also didn’t explain stuff was late for my appointment giving them a 2/5 is being nice
I feel my husband and I were cheated out of our taxes. Told to not file jointly even though we've never had a problem filing like that. Ended up having to pay back which in previous years we never had to. Filing fee was outrageous. Tax filer was Alyssa Wilke. Do not go through here!
