I was so disappointed with their services never again will i go to them.
Tax preparer was inexperienced. It took over three hours. He made many mistakes. It was a simple tax .I am retired. Nothing extra. The cost was over double what it was last year. When preparer called his supervisor, she was very rude to me. I had done taxes with Jackson Hewitt three years. The first year was not good. Last year was very good. This year was unacceptable. I will go somewhere else next year. I do not recommend Jackson Hewitt.
