Kimberly submitted my 2024, 2023, and 2022 over a month ago. 2023 came back with an error, 2022 has not been filed. I had to go back for my original documents because she did not include it, in the folder. I have called numerous times, left messages for the manager and I keep getting the run around. They have already been paid via 2024 return. Now if I go up there and act a fool if be wrong.
