Really good young man (Robert)
We filed early so that we could receive the early tax loan as we have for nearly 7 years. Only this time we were denied before we even left our seats and were only told because Jackson Hewitt changed banks. Without the loan, I can just file with TurboTax and save almost $500. Great customer service. People rely on that money for Christmas and so many have been told no.
