I've been going to Jackson Hewitt for many years now and I have to recommend Kathyleen at the Glasgow office location. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were family. We thought it would take a while, but she was very thorough and saved us some time. Thank you, Kathyleen!
