They advertise that they'll work around your schedule, so I scheduled an appointment during my lunch hour on Saturday. Only two people working and a lady that was hoping I didn't show up so she could take my spot. This is Saturday before April 15th and they are not even close to adaquetely staffed! They obviously have no respect for other's time or they wouldn't promise (and not deliver) on their "work around your schedule".
